At McCloud and Associates, my vision is centered on empowering our clients to safeguard their financial wealth through strategic tax planning, one client at a time, ultimately contributing to the defunding of the IRS.


Over the past decade, I have dedicated myself to refining my skills in accounting and management. Holding a degree in accounting, I have also attended both Indiana Bible College and Mid-American Christian University. I have cultivated a reputation as a leader within the accounting industry. My expertise has not only made an impact on fellow accountants and firms but has also earned me recognition in various magazines for my distinctive leadership style.


I am committed to driving our company forward, embracing change, and fostering innovation that aligns with the ever-evolving landscape of technology. Our journey is one of continual progress, and I am excited to lead a team that embraces fresh ideas and adapts to the advancements of our time.


Outside of work, I find fulfillment in the simple joys of life. Spending time with my five dogs—Captain, Tenniel, Asher, Magnolia, and Cosmo—brings me immense joy. Cleaning is not just a chore but a therapeutic activity, with vacuuming being a favorite pastime. Additionally, I take pleasure in cooking for loved ones and have opened my home to numerous exchange students from around the world, including Jacopo & Edo from Italy, Shawn from Taiwan, Pol from Spain, Chris from Germany, and Felipe from Brazil.


Music holds a special place in my heart, and I actively contribute to my church's music department, particularly enjoying playing the organ. It is a privilege to acknowledge that our business belongs to God, and we proudly stand as members of the 94x movement, embodying our commitment to faith and community.


Aubrey Ringleb

MHR, Director of Business Development

Aubrey Ringleb, MHR, is a native Tulsan who loves her city. She grew up with a passion for helping others and non-profit organizations.


She attended Bishop Kelley High School and then headed to the University of Oklahoma, where she studied Criminal Justice and Psychology. Ultimately, she graduated with a BACJ from Sam Houston State University.


Immediately following her undergraduate, she enrolled in the MHR program at OU-Tulsa and graduated in 2003.


Professionally, she began her philanthropic career at the Tulsa Area United Way, raising more than $ 6 million in her 4 years. Then, she took the Executive Director position at the Friends of the Fairgrounds Foundation, where she built a million-dollar endowment for Expo Square. Following the Fairgrounds, she began consulting for numerous non-profits and also began teaching group exercises at the YMCA. Eventually, she took positions to build her career and became the Executive Director of Corporate membership and Personal Training at the YMCA of Greater Tulsa over its 14 locations. She joined McCloud & Associates, ready and excited to help people and launch new, innovative ways to help people “defund the IRS.” Contact her for all your tax, accounting, and bookkeeping needs.



Aubrey has 3 children: Bennett, 19, who plays football for the University of Tulsa, Jameson, 16, a sophomore at Union High School and Addison, 14, an eighth grader at Broken Arrow High School. She enjoys serving her community, spending time with friends and family, and playing with her three dachshunds.

Luther Harms is not only a proud veteran but also a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of accounting. Having graduated from American Public University with a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Master's degree in Accounting, Luther has dedicated himself to mastering his craft. He stands just one test away from achieving his CPA designation and has been an integral part of our firm's success as the Director of Accounting since its inception.


Luther's passion lies in working closely with clients, guiding them toward success, and serving as a mentor to his team. His commitment to providing exceptional customer service is unparalleled, as he consistently strives to exceed expectations.


As a valued member of our team, Luther brings strength, expertise, and unwavering dedication to every task he undertakes. Outside of the office, he finds joy in the company of his two beloved dogs, as well as spending quality time with his family and friends.

Kim Foster

Employee Happiness Coordinator

Kim Foster is our resident Employee Happiness Coordinator. She has been with McCloud and Associates since January 2023. Kim is efficient in her role and embodies professionalism at its best. Kim's background is sprinkled with knowledge in diverse areas. She is proficient in American Sign Language, having earned an Interpreter Education degree, as well as state certification, in 2007. She also holds a degree in Interior Design and is known as a talented home designer/decorator and painting specialist.

 

In her spare time, Kim can be found spending time with her husband and family. She frequently spends time with her two young grandchildren, whom she adores. She is usually involved in her latest home projects, from painting murals to home updates. She is also very active in her local church assembly, where she volunteers her time as an ASL interpreter.

Dylan King brings a dynamic approach to the role of HR and Payroll Manager, combining a keen eye for detail with a passion for efficiency. With two years of dedicated experience in payroll management, Dylan has honed the art of getting things done promptly and effectively.


Driven by a commitment to streamline processes and optimize workflows, Dylan excels in ensuring that payroll operations run smoothly and accurately. With a focus on timeliness and efficiency, Dylan leverages innovative solutions to deliver results that exceed expectations.

Scott McCullough

Staff Accountant

Scott McCullough is a well-versed Staff Accountant, with previous experience in Real Estate Accounting and a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. His primary strengths are in accounting and bookkeeping, with an underlying knowledge of tax code and structure. In his 3 years of experience, he has facilitated professional relationships through meetings with clients, produced monthly financials according to GAAP Principles, and just this year, he was involved in his first IRS Audit for one of his clients. He leads by example and always makes time if you ask for help.

Sam Shrestha

Staff Accountant 

Sam Shrestha is a staff accountant with a background in retail finance and bookkeeping. His primary responsibilities at McCloud & Associates include maintaining client’s books and filing taxes for them. In addition to this, he is also keen on advising clients on important financial decisions with their investments and cash flows.

 

Sam is originally from South Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Before joining McCloud & Associates, he worked as a bookkeeper at a regional bank in South Texas. He has experience in exceeding customers' demands in the retail banking sector and has a good understanding of the banking system.


During his time off, Sam enjoys outdoor activities such as basketball and fishing. In addition to these sports, he enjoys watching football and playing classical guitar.


Joshua Gardner, CPA

Audit Assurance Associate

Josh Gardner is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in accounting, business management, and military service. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Accounting from Oral Roberts University, where he also earned a Master of Business Administration.


With over a decade of experience in the accounting and business field, Josh has demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and business operations. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish his own successful business, where he honed his skills in managing finances, fostering client relationships, and driving growth.


In addition to his civilian career, Josh proudly serves as a member of the US Air Force Reserve, exemplifying his dedication to both professional excellence and national service.


Outside of work and military duties, Josh finds fulfillment in spending quality time with his wife and two children. Whether it's exploring the outdoors, engaging in community activities, or simply enjoying moments of relaxation with loved ones, family remains at the heart of Josh's priorities.


With his unique blend of academic achievements, professional experience, and commitment to service, Josh Gardner brings a well-rounded perspective and unwavering dedication to any endeavor he undertakes.

Natalia Pascua

Accountant

Hello, I'm Natalia Pascua, and I'm honored to serve as an accountant at McCloud and Associates. In my role, I meticulously review client financials, diligently investigate and resolve audit findings, and prepare comprehensive financial analyses and reports. Additionally, I coordinate various accounting functions and programs to ensure smooth operations and optimal financial management.


My journey in accounting began with four years of invaluable experience at a non-profit organization, where I honed my skills and gained valuable insights into the intricacies of financial management. I am proud to share that I have successfully passed the CPA exam and am currently on the path to obtaining my CPA license.


Looking ahead, my aspirations include advancing into a leadership position within the next five years. With a commitment to continuous learning and growth, I am dedicated to acquiring additional qualifications and seizing opportunities for training and mentoring. I am confident that with determination and support, I can realize my goal and contribute even more significantly to the success of our team and our clients at McCloud and Associates.

Transitioning from a sales background, Christian has excelled in the insurance industry, leveraging his strong communication skills and strategic mindset to serve his clients effectively.


Outside of work, Christian finds joy in spending time with his family and indulging in his passion for fishing. His ability to balance his professional pursuits with his personal interests reflects his dedication to both career success and a fulfilling personal life.

John M. Cox

Tax Accountant

John, a tax accountant with two decades of experience in operations, currently serves at McCloud & Associates. Originally from Tulsa, he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Russian Studies from the University of Oklahoma. While pursuing graduate studies in History at the same institution in 2002, John enlisted in the Army Reserve, transitioning to active duty in 2005 until his retirement to Tulsa in 2024.​


With a firm belief in lifelong learning, John joined McCloud & Associates to contribute his expertise in operations. Beyond his professional pursuits, John finds joy in family time with his wife, daughter, and two granddaughters. When not with them, he dedicates his time to fitness activities like working out and road cycling. John is passionate about assisting both his team and clients in navigating tax matters, aiming to minimize tax burdens one client at a time.
